cost effective but robust

The Anaconda tracked feeding conveyor range has been designed to assist with applications where large-scale stockpiling or loading of trailers and/or barges is required. Each unit has a variable speed belt feeder and a long stockpiling conveyor which is ideal for loading or acting as a surge feeder in a new/existing quarry plant.

Therefore, these diverse feeding conveyors have the capability of being suited to consumers’ specific application requirements. Like all Anaconda products, the FTR is made to be efficient and cost-effective.

Anaconda's Tracked Feeder Models

  • The FTR200 mobile tracked feeding loader is designed specifically to reduce the handling time and reduce costs when stockpiling. The FTR200 can also be used for a number of other purposes by adding additional extras. An overband magnet can be fitted to the conveyor in order to act as a metal separator or extended hopper extensions in order to increase the volume available for loading to stockpile/load. The feeding conveyor can be used as a screener with the addition of a double-deck vibrating grid to scalp away overs or alternatively the FTR200 has been tried and tested as a mulcher with the addition of the mulching drum kit.

  • For specifically maximizing stockpile situations, the FTR150 is the mid-size of Anaconda’s feeding loader range. It is fully “kitted” with a 15-meter stockpiling conveyor as it offers the ability to create stockpiles or load barges/trucks as easily as possible. The FTR150 has variable speed conveyors to facilitate different applications such as sand, gravel, aggregates, compost, coal, and wood chip, this gives the end-user control full control of their operation.

  • Designed for reducing handling time and costs, The FTR100 is the largest of the feed loader portfolio. It is fully kitted with a 10-meter stockpiling conveyor it offers the ability to create stockpiles or load barges/trucks as easily as possible. The FTR100 has variable speed conveyors to facilitate different applications such as sand, gravel, aggregates, compost, coal, and wood chip, this gives the end-user control full control of their operation.
